MATLAB tools for optics

Graphical user interfaces (GUI) are powerful tools for quick analysis and automation. I believe quick analysis of data, immediately after experiments, are extremely valuable. If done automatically by a GUI we can use that information to understand the results and plan for future experiments. It can also generate reports and save the results for future reference with minimal human error. Over the years I have made multiple GUIs using MATLAB and LabVIEW for calculation and analysis of Ultrashort pulse characterization, ionization and high harmonic generation (HHG), laser cooling of solids and more. A few of the programs are available now and I will be making more and more available. If you have code and you think others can benefit from it feel free to share it under your name. If you have an idea and you need help implementing it, let me know and we can work together and get it done.
